This was a fabulous find. My grandparents and I loved it. It was so homey and modern at the same time. The host came right away when I needed to find a simple fan remote. What a great house for family.

The ducks are very cute! The hot tub was perfect. It's the reason we chose this place. The sheets were very clean. We loved the decor and felt right at home!

We chose this house as a place to stay while attending a conference at the Ark. The location was great, very close to restaurants as well as the Ark. A group of 10 of us were comfortable and felt it was much better accommodations versus staying at a hotel. We would definitely stay again for future trips.

Your place is beautiful and had everything and more that we needed for our stay there. It was conveniently located for our trip into Louisville and to visit the Ark Encounter. The kids loved the bunk room and were excited that they had their own TV in their room. It was close to shopping and good restaurants. We loved Beans. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for letting us stay there. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

This place was so clean! It was beautiful & airy and homey. The location was special because of the basketball courts right outside the backyard. (They do have a basketball.) The short walk down a path to the park/pond with a pickleball court was an added bonus for our family! (They have 4 nicer - not wood - pickleball paddles and 4 pickleballs in the closet for use.) The hot tub after each day let us spend time talking and relaxing. The 2 small privacy fences on each side of the patio made it even more cozy. The fireplace was a great addition. (Use the remote & master switch on the fireplace). The kitchen had what we needed. Decently stocked with dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The kids loved the ducks that visited each day. Walmart for groceries was right down the road (Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts too). They had a coffee maker and Keurig for coffee. Comfortable beds too! It was perfect for our family of 6 and we could have even fit a few more.
